Logistics Planning & Advisory
Early feasibility, route considerations, equipment requirements, movement strategy and programme integration.
Critical Logistics Advisory / Independent project management
Specialist critical logistics project management for complex infrastructure projects worldwide. From early planning to final position.
01 / Who we are
Critical Logistics Advisory (CLA) is an independent specialist critical logistics project management and advisory business. Based in Ireland and globally focused, we support complex infrastructure and industrial project requirements worldwide.
We plan, manage and coordinate complex equipment movements, connecting transport, technical requirements and site delivery with the wider construction programme.
That means thinking beyond a collection date. Route readiness, permits, ports, customs, handling, staging, lifting and receiving site access all need to work together.
02 / What we do
From early logistics strategy through to delivery, we help project teams manage the requirements that make complex equipment movements executable.
Early feasibility, route considerations, equipment requirements, movement strategy and programme integration.
Project management for transformers, generators, switchgear, cooling plant, industrial machinery and abnormal loads.
Coordination of carriers, permits, ports, customs, warehousing, specialist handling and delivery sequencing.
Site access, lifting interfaces, receiving arrangements and logistics plans aligned with construction schedules.
03 / Where we focus
Our experience is particularly relevant where heavy, oversized or high value equipment is critical to the next stage of a project.
Transformers, substations, interconnectors, switchgear and critical power equipment.
Cooling plant, generators, electrical systems and technical equipment with programme critical delivery dates.
Heavy machinery, specialist plant, abnormal loads and complex international equipment movements.
04 / Why CLA
Our strength comes from practical experience spanning heavy haulage, international freight, customs, operational management and critical infrastructure delivery.
Understanding how the factory, route, port, carrier, lifting team and receiving site affect each other.
Planning around access, programme dependencies, lifting readiness and the actual conditions at site.
Assessing logistics options around the project's requirements and the most suitable specialist providers.
Coordinating decisions, responsibilities and changing requirements throughout an agreed scope.
05 / The full stop
Our lime full stop stands for completion. Not simply a vehicle arriving, but the agreed logistics scope reaching its final outcome, with the relevant handover confirmed.
It is a visual signature of how CLA thinks about delivery: plan the whole movement, manage the details and close out the job properly.
THE FULL STOP IS EARNED.
An illustration of the closeout principle, not a claim about a specific completed project.
CLA / Marine Supply / Ireland

What we coordinate
CLA works with vessel operators, ship managers and agents to source and coordinate vessel requirements through suitable suppliers and port delivery partners.
Fresh, chilled and frozen provisions, dry groceries, beverages and consumables. Availability and temperature-controlled handling are confirmed for each order.
Maintenance supplies, tools, fittings, safety consumables, cleaning products and day-to-day operating essentials.
Marine spares, technical parts, supplier collections and coordination of time-sensitive requirements to an agreed location.
Housekeeping products, galley equipment, laundry supplies and general replacement items needed during a vessel call.
Port coverage
We welcome enquiries for Dublin, Cork, Waterford, Rosslare, Shannon Foynes, Galway and Drogheda. Port coverage and final delivery arrangements are assessed and confirmed for each request.
Coverage listed is a proposed service area, not a guarantee of supplier availability or port access.
How it works
Marine supply enquiries
Send your vessel name, port of call, ETA, required items or requisition list, quantities and latest acceptable delivery time. Our team can review the request and discuss sourcing options.
All services are subject to supplier availability, port access and agreed commercial and delivery arrangements.
